Prepare the Pan:

  1. Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.

Melt the Mixture:

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Stir continuously until fully melted and smooth (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.

Combine Ingredients:

  1. Pour the melted mixture into a large mixing bowl with the brown rice cereal. Gently fold everything together using a spatula until all the cereal is evenly coated. If adding chocolate chips, sprinkle them in now and lightly mix.

Press Into Pan:
